What you get

• Leonic AI in the app: ask how to do something and get a button that takes you straight to the right page.
• Suggested customer service replies: drafts with sources alongside them, plus checks that flag figures and amounts that cannot be substantiated.
• Chat replies: product questions, shipping, returns and order status, with links to products in the store.
• Product descriptions and categories: ask AI to suggest descriptions and the right category for a product.
• Connections to Claude and ChatGPT: the assistant works in Leonic with your permissions, never more. Its permitted actions are clearly explained.
• A plan before changes: when the assistant needs to change something, you see the plan first. Nothing happens until you approve it. Every change is logged with the person who requested it.
