When you see “Leonic Verified” in an online store, it means the reviews come from real customers who have made a purchase. The store can reply to feedback, but cannot alter it to make itself look better.
From real purchases
Every review is linked to a confirmed purchase. “Verified purchase” means the person actually bought the product, rather than making an anonymous claim.
Who manages the reviews?
Leonic Reviews is operated by Media Entertainment AS (organisation no. 995 126 818), an independent company with no ownership in any of the stores using the service. Media Entertainment AS handles review collection and decides on any removal requests.
The store can reply to a review, but cannot hide, edit or remove it itself, including negative reviews.
How we know it is real
- You make a purchase. You buy a product from the online store and receive it.
- Leonic asks you. Shortly after delivery, you receive an invitation to share your experience. Only actual buyers are invited.
- The review is linked to the purchase. It is labelled “Verified purchase” and displayed for the product and store, unedited.
Can a review be removed?
A store cannot remove a review itself. If it believes something is wrong, it must submit a reasoned request to Media Entertainment AS. A review can only be removed for a valid reason, such as:
- The review is written in the wrong language or is unintelligible.
- Factually incorrect claims about the product or store.
- Spam, advertising or attempted manipulation.
- Hate speech, threats or personal attacks.
- Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or card numbers.
- The review concerns the wrong product.
Fair to both sides: An occasional 1-star review is held for a few days before publication, giving the store a chance to resolve the issue with you. It is then published regardless; the store cannot stop it.

Leonic Reviews is operated by Media Entertainment AS: independently and openly, with no store able to erase criticism. This makes other customers’ feedback useful to you.
