Order Processing

The right item in the right parcel. Order Processing takes an order from paid to dispatched, checking each item before the parcel can be closed.

What you get

• Work queue: paid orders in sequence, oldest first, with a notification to the customer when processing starts.
• Picking with checks: scan a barcode or confirm each line. The parcel cannot be dispatched until everything is checked.
• Batch picking list: pick several orders in one round, sorted by shelf.
• Partial shipments: an out-of-stock item can remain on backorder while the rest is dispatched.
• Labels and packing slips: retrieve shipping prices, create a label and print the packing slip in the same view.
• History and reporting: see who processed and packed the order, and track picking errors and picking times.

Requirements

Shipping labels require an agreement with a carrier, such as PostNord or Bring.
