Encrypted documents
Traffic uses HTTPS. Integration keys and private accounting attachments are stored encrypted.

Recovery history
The database can be restored to an earlier point within the available recovery history.

Daily backups
Separate database copies are stored apart from the live database.

Independent copy
Database backups are copied to separate storage with another provider. Backups are stored in the EU/EEA.

01 / Backups
Files are included
Images, documents and encrypted accounting files are also copied separately. The process checks that files exist at the destination with the correct size. Deleting an original does not automatically delete the independent copy.
02 / History
Traceability and recovery
Posted accounting entries are corrected through new entries to preserve their history. The available recovery history and recovery time depend on the data type and the incident.
03 / Transparency
Understand the data flow
Optional integrations for email, analytics and AI may process data in other countries. Ask us about subprocessors and the transfer arrangements for the services you use.
