What you get
- Invoicing and credit notes: create invoices from orders, quotations and time records, and follow up outstanding payments.
- Vouchers and inbox: collect documents, attachments and purchase invoices. AI can help read documents and suggest entries for review and approval.
- General ledger and reports: chart of accounts, journal entries, trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet, with access to the underlying records.
- Banking and reconciliation: work with bank transactions and reconcile your accounts.
- VAT: prepare and check the figures for Norwegian VAT reporting, also known as MVA or moms.
- Payroll: payroll, payslips, holiday pay and the basis for Norwegian employer reporting (a-melding).
- Time, travel and expenses: bring together items for approval, reimbursement or invoicing.
- Year-end reporting: reports, reconciliations and supporting records for annual accounts and tax returns.
EHF and public authority integrations
We are completing EHF invoices and credit notes through Peppol, together with connections to Altinn, the Norwegian Tax Administration (Skatteetaten) and NAV. These cover services such as VAT returns, tax deduction cards, employer reporting and income statements. The integrations are not yet generally open for production use. Availability, access and setup are agreed before you start using them.

Access and security
Give employees, accountants and auditors access according to their roles. Posted entries have a traceable history, and accounting attachments are stored privately and encrypted.

Accounting is available as a separate package with five included users, or as part of Leonic Complete. Pricing, additional users, migration and relevant integrations are agreed in your quotation.
